Although the towers mirror each other and the sizes of common area rooms are the same in both towers and the both share the Master common areas, the interiors of each tower have unique design differences throughout. The Blue Diamond is the tower located on the North side of the community. At both towers, the fabulous amenities, 24/7 Security, Valet and Front Desk services, will provide you with a luxurious, resort-style experience.
Each separate Association is governed by its own Board of Directors whom are elected by the majority of their Unit Owners during annual elections. Two Board Members from the Blue Diamond and two Board Members from the Green Diamond govern the Master Association. Each Association is managed by its own Management Team from FirstService Residential. Board Members and Management Teams from both Associations work cooperatively to ensure that the entire community is united and that it maintains the highest possible standards.
In addition to the numerous amenities shared by both towers at the Master Association, each Condominium tower offers numerous amenities for your enjoyment. SAPPHIRE SOCIAL ROOM

The Blue Diamond’s beautiful Sapphire Room is used for numerous purposes, including Board Meetings and Association Parties and Events. This comfortable contemporary room, with a kitchen, dance floor and views of the ocean, can also be rented by Residents for private use.
